利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对16Mn厚板焊接过程进行数值模拟。采用高斯分布热源模型模拟焊接热源,考虑材料物理性能随温度变化的影响,采用有限元法中的“生死单元”技术实现了模拟过程中焊接材料的逐步填充,对厚钢板的对接多道焊过程进行三维瞬态温度场数值模拟。分析焊接温度场分布规律,为优化16Mn厚板多道焊焊接工艺提供参考。
ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate the welding process of 16Mn slab. Gaussian distributed heat source model was used to simulate the welding heat source. Considering the influence of material physical properties with temperature, the welding material was gradually filled in the simulation process using “life and death cell ” technology of finite element method, Welding process for three-dimensional transient temperature field numerical simulation. Analysis of the distribution of welding temperature field, in order to optimize 16Mn thick plate multi-pass welding process provides a reference.
