成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)-23是X连锁显性低磷血症、常染色体显性遗传性低磷血症以及肿瘤诱发性骨软化症等低磷血症的共同致病因子,不仅产生于骨组织,也产生于牙等矿化组织,即FGF-23可能参与了牙胚发育的调节。下面就FGF-23的结构和生化特性、血磷调节机制和在牙胚发育中的表达以及X染色体同源内肽酶磷酸盐调节基因突变对牙胚中FGF-23表达的影响、FGF-23过表达对牙胚发育的影响等研究作一综述。
