严重烫伤可导致肠粘膜的损伤,并为引起肠源性感染的重要因素,有学者认为氧自由基、肿瘤坏死因子和一氧化氮在肠粘膜的损伤中起着重要作用。本研究采用四君子汤加味观察对烫伤大鼠肠粘膜有无保护作用和对肠粘膜及血浆中TNF,NO和MDA含量影响,从机制上探讨该中药煎剂对烫伤大鼠肠粘膜的保护作用。 1 材料和方法 1.1 材料 健康Wistar大鼠70只,体质量180g~220g,随机分为3组,即烫伤治疗组(32只),烫伤对照组(32只)和正常对照组(6只),前2组在实验开始后3,5,7,9d各活杀8只,复制大鼠背部8cm×4.5cmⅢ度烫伤区,单笼喂养,自由进食水。 1.2 方法 ①中药制备:将茯苓、炒白术、党参、甘草、大黄按
Severe scald can cause damage to the intestinal mucosa and is an important factor causing intestinal infection. Some scholars believe that oxygen free radicals, tumor necrosis factor and nitric oxide play an important role in the damage of the intestinal mucosa.
