一、本研究课题任务,一方面充实教材,提高教学质量;一方面能选育出适于河北省中、北部及其附近棉区栽培纤维较长的优良棉种。主要标准是,产量、质量及早熟性超过现行推广良种“华北21号”。选种最低标准:纤维长度28毫米,衣分31％,霜前花60％以上,株型紧凑,抗病虫性强,产量高,适于一般棉田种植。二、根据他人棉花栽培和选种研究指出,作物产量及品质,尤其是棉花杂种后代的纤维长度,衣分与亲本的遗传有强相关。这些资料为我们杂交育种工作提供了有力参考。
First, the task of this research task, on the one hand to enrich the teaching materials, improve teaching quality; on the one hand to bred suitable for long-term cultivation of cotton fiber in the middle and northern part of Hebei Province and its vicinity. The main criterion is that output, quality and precocity exceed the current promotion of “North China 21”. Selection of the minimum standards: fiber length 28 mm, 31% of clothing, frost before spending more than 60%, plant compact, strong pest resistance, high yield, suitable for general cotton cultivation. Second, according to other cotton cultivation and selection study pointed out that crop yield and quality, especially cotton hybrid offspring fiber length, lint percentage and parental genetic strong correlation. These data provide a powerful reference for our crossbreeding work.
