基于某车型在低温怠速试验中节温器不能正常打开问题进行研究,提出相应的优化方案,首先依据冷却系统原理图进行冷却系统一维分析,获取流量边界数据,然后对水泵节温器总成建模,进行CFD分析,得到不同工况下的流速及汽蚀数据,最后通过试验验证优化方案的有效性。
Based on the research on the problem that a thermostat can not be opened normally in a low-temperature idle speed test, a corresponding optimization scheme is proposed.
