目的分析甲状腺激素水平在2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的临床意义。方法选取2012年1月—2013年9月我院收治的50例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究组,另选择同期我院体检中心50例体检健康者作为对照组,采用罗氏cobasee41电化学发光全自动免疫分析仪检测两组受检者血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)水平。结果研究组TSH、T3、T4水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变的发生与甲状腺激素水平减退有关。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of thyroid hormone levels in patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the study group. Another 50 healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group, and were treated with Roche cobasee41 electrochemiluminescence Serum thyrotropin (TSH), triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) levels were measured by automatic immunoassay in both groups. Results The levels of TSH, T3 and T4 in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes is related to the decrease of thyroid hormone.
