为提高水库群防洪和兴利效益,以佛子岭水库群为例,针对单库调洪演算的局限性,考虑水库间水力联系,建立了联合调洪演算模型,通过确定联合运用时的起调水位和止调水位,研究了汛限水位调整后的运行效果。同时,采用安全度作为风险分析指标,计算了各汛限水位组合下水库群的安全度,定量分析了汛限水位调整对防洪安全的影响。结果表明,佛子岭水库群汛限水位可恢复至设计值,且白莲崖水库的兴建能大幅提高水库群的整体防洪能力。
In order to improve the flood control and benefit of reservoirs, taking the Foziling reservoir group as an example, aiming at the limitation of single reservoir flood regulation and considering the hydraulic connection among reservoirs, a joint flood regulation model is established. By determining the joint operation Adjust water level and stop water level, study the effect of flood limited water level adjustment. At the same time, using safety as risk analysis index, the safety of reservoir group under each flood limited water level combination was calculated, and the influence of flood limited water level adjustment on flood control safety was quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the flood control water level of Fuziling Reservoir can be restored to the designed value, and the construction of Bailiankal reservoir can greatly improve the overall flood control capability of reservoir group.
