目的:探讨人性化护理应用于新生儿无陪病房的效果。方法:选取2016年1~4月期间,杭州市妇产科医院住院的320例无陪护病房新生儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(人性化护理),每组各160例,比较两组护理缺陷发生率及患者满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组留置套管针、液体渗漏、渗液臀红等护理缺陷发生率显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者对护理服务满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理应用于新生儿无陪病房,能够降低护理缺陷的发生率,提升患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of humanized nursing on no newborn accompanied ward. Methods: From January to April in 2016, 320 unaccompanied ward newborns in Hangzhou Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital were selected as research objects. According to the random number method, they were divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (human Nursing), 160 cases in each group. The incidence of nursing defects and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the incidence of nursing defects such as trocar in the observation group, liquid leakage and gluteal exudate were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the satisfaction rate of the nursing service Significantly improved (P <0.05). Conclusion: Humanized nursing should be applied to newborns without accompanying ward, which can reduce the incidence of nursing defects and improve patient satisfaction with nursing services.
