目的 研究石化行业职工变应性鼻炎发病与环境污染及免疫功能之间相关性。方法 监测环境中主要污染物指标 ,对有毒有害、非有毒有害岗位职工和无工业污染的农村农民进行了发病率、变应原皮试及CD3 、CD4 、CD8、CD4 /CD8及IgG、IgM、IgA和IgE的检验。结果 石化作业地区环境中主要化学污染物指标明显高于农村地区 ,其职工变应原皮试阳性率、变应性鼻炎发病率明显高于农村地区 ;免疫指标三组间差异有显著性。结论 环境污染和有毒有害物质的侵害是造成石化行业职工变应性鼻炎发病率高的重要原因之一 ,其机理是免疫功能的失调
Objective To study the correlation between the incidence of allergic rhinitis and environmental pollution and immune function among petrochemical workers. Methods The indicators of major pollutants in the environment were monitored. The incidence, allergen skin test and CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 / CD8 and IgG, IgM, IgA, IgA and IgA in rural laborers without toxic and hazardous sites, And IgE test. Results The indexes of major chemical pollutants in the petrochemical operation area were significantly higher than those in rural areas. The positive rate of allergen skin test and the incidence of allergic rhinitis in rural workers were significantly higher than those in rural areas. There was significant difference among the three immunization indexes. Conclusions Environmental pollution and poisonous and harmful substances are one of the important causes of the high incidence of allergic rhinitis in the petrochemical industry.
