通过在活性污泥中添加3种不同类型的生物絮凝剂的方法,研究了X80管线钢在不同腐蚀环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,在不同外界温度下,在活性污泥中添加阳离子或者阴离子生物絮凝剂都可以一定程度上降低X80管线钢的腐蚀速率,且阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺添加剂的效果更好。3种腐蚀介质中腐蚀电位从大至小的顺序依次为:活性污泥+阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺>活性污泥+阳离子聚丙烯酰胺>活性污泥。生物絮凝剂的添加可以通过吸附和成膜效应达到对X80管线钢保护的作用,从而降低腐蚀速率。
The corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in different corrosive environments was studied by adding 3 different types of biological flocculants into the activated sludge. The results showed that the addition of cationic or anionic bioflocculant to activated sludge could reduce the corrosion rate of X80 pipeline steel to a certain extent at different ambient temperatures, and the effect of anionic polyacrylamide additive was better. The corrosion potential of the three kinds of corrosive media descending order were: activated sludge + anionic polyacrylamide> activated sludge + cationic polyacrylamide> activated sludge. The addition of bioflocculant can protect the X80 pipeline steel through adsorption and film formation, thus reducing the corrosion rate.
