高师院校的教师教育面临艰巨的挑战,亟需创新.“三式两化”培养模式的内容包括设计了“模块式”的课程体系、完善了“互补式”的教学组织形式、形成了“引领式”的教研能力培养模式、构建了“一体化”的教学实践平台、实现了“数字化”的教学辅助实验室建设.在实践过程中取得了多项研究成果和奖励,师范生从教技能得到了有效提高,人才培养取得了良好的效果.
