基于省级面板数据,运用超效率模型测算长江经济带各地区高技术产业近6年的创新效率,发现其整体创新效率水平较高,各省(市)之间的差距较大。利用Malmquist指数对创新效率进行动态分析,发现除云南外,各省(市)在最近6年TFP增长率都大于1,且技术进步是推动创新效率增长的主要动力。建立基于面板数据的Tobit模型进行回归分析发现,政府资金支出、企业规模、所有制、外商直接投资等4个因素对高技术产业创新效率有显著影响。基于社会网络分析方法研究发现,长江经济带高技术产业协同创新网络主体间联系不紧密,东部地区网络主体间联系好于西部和中部。最后提出相关对策建议。
Based on the provincial panel data, using the super-efficiency model to measure the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries in various regions of the Yangtze River economic belt in recent 6 years, we found that the overall innovation efficiency is high and the gap between provinces (cities) is relatively large. Using the Malmquist index to analyze the innovation efficiency dynamically, it is found that the TFP growth rates of all provinces (cities) in the recent 6 years are greater than 1 except for Yunnan, and technological progress is the main driving force for promoting the growth of innovation efficiency. The regression analysis based on Tobit model based on panel data shows that government spending, enterprise size, ownership, foreign direct investment and other four factors have a significant impact on the innovation efficiency of high-tech industries. Based on the analysis of social network analysis, it is found that there is not a close connection among the main bodies of collaborative innovation network of hi-tech industry in the Yangtze River economic belt, and the connection among the network main bodies in the eastern region is better than that in the western and central regions. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
