由于铝、铜两种材料性能差异较大,用常规焊接方法难以实现连接,极大地限制了铝/铜复合接头的质量和应用范围。利用搅拌摩擦焊接技术成功地实现了铝合金5A06和紫铜T2的对接焊接,并对接头的力学性能及拉伸断口的形貌进行了分析。结果表明:选用合适的焊接参数,接头的抗拉强度达到225MPa,为母材紫铜T2的76.4%;焊缝区显微硬度测试显示,搅拌区铝-铜材料的混合,硬度值呈现波动且在靠近富铜区硬度出现突增值;拉伸断裂多发生在前进侧的热影响区或焊核区,宏观断口呈45°倾斜式和铝-铜交替层状断形貌;断口SEM微观形貌多呈塑性韧窝状。
