振动发电元件是一种三叠片对称悬臂梁结构,即压电陶瓷-金属-压电陶瓷复合结构。针对长度为33 mm的压电叠层复合梁,采用ANSYS有限元建模方法,分析了开路电压随压电陶瓷层宽度、长度、厚度尺寸变化的响应关系。研究表明,存在一定的厚度比将使叠层复合梁的开路电压出现最优值,该结论可为叠层复合梁结构尺寸参数的优化提供依据。
Vibration power generation element is a three-stack symmetrical cantilever beam structure, that is, piezoelectric ceramic - metal - piezoelectric ceramic composite structure. For the piezoelectric laminated composite beam with a length of 33 mm, the ANSYS finite element method was used to analyze the response of the open circuit voltage to the variation of piezoelectric ceramic layer width, length and thickness. The results show that there is a certain thickness ratio will make the laminated composite beam open circuit voltage appears optimal value, the conclusion can provide the basis for the optimization of laminated composite beam structure size parameters.
