目的探讨法舒地尔对有机磷农药中毒迟发性神经疾病(OPIND)的影响。方法 16例OPIND患者随机分为两组:对照组给予综合治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用法舒地尔,观察两组患者临床表现、神经电生理变化,判断临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度加快,神经F波潜伏期缩短,增加F波引出率,显著改善患者疗效能改善OPIND患者的神经功能,减轻临床症状(P<0.05)。结论临床应用法舒地尔能有效治疗OPIND。
Objective To investigate the effect of fasudil on delayed neurotoxicity (OPIND) in organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods Sixteen patients with OPIND were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was given comprehensive treatment; the treatment group was given Fasudil on the basis of this observation. The clinical manifestations and electrophysiological changes of the two groups were observed to judge the clinical effect. Results Compared with the control group, the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity were accelerated in the treatment group, the latent period of F wave was shortened, the lead rate of F wave was increased, the curative effect of patients was significantly improved, the neurological function of OPIND patients was relieved, and the clinical symptoms were alleviated (P < 0.05). Conclusion Clinical application of fasudil can effectively treat OPIND.
