自“八五”以来,我国中小学校长培训经历了补偿培训、按需施训和创新施训三个阶段,与发达国家相比在培训模式的理论研究、科学性和实效性等方面存在一定差距。本文通过对比研究,在吸纳并借鉴我国及国外优秀培训模式的基础上,通过完善法规、坚持持证上岗及训用结合等措施来实现培训目标;通过开放培训机构并利用网络实施多元高效低耗培训;通过创新培训模式针对不同层次校长开展个性化培养。
