针对某公司生产摊铺机原有的装配方式装配效率低、零部件配送复杂、生产过程管理困难等问题,根据摊铺机各装配任务的作业时间和优先顺序图,采用eM-Plant软件和遗传算法对作业内容进行再分配,对装配线进行了规划并针对装配线平衡问题进行研究,实现摊铺机总装以流水线式的生产方式。
Aiming at the problems of low assembly efficiency, complex parts distribution and difficult production process management of a paver produced by a company, the eM-Plant software and the genetic algorithm are used according to the operation time and prioritization diagram of paver assembly tasks. The algorithm redistributes the contents of work, and plans the assembly line and studies the balance of the assembly line so as to realize the assembly production of the paver in a streamlined manner.
