目的:利用提取二氢槲皮素(DHQ)后的落叶树木材残渣制备微晶纤维素。方法:从提取二氢槲皮素后废弃的木屑中制备出总纤维素,之后以总纤维素为原料,硫酸作催化剂,使用过氧化氢、乙酸水解纤维素,制备出微晶纤维素。结果:总纤维素、微晶纤维素的提取率分别达到81.45%、52.67%,微晶纤维素纯度达到99%以上。结论:所制备的微晶纤维素完全符合国家微晶纤维素的质量标准。该提取工艺操作简单、成本较低,且环境友好,具有非常好的应用前景。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare microcrystalline cellulose by deciduous tree residue after extracting dihydroquercetin (DHQ). Methods: Total cellulose was prepared from sawdust after the extraction of dihydroquercetin. After that, total cellulose was used as raw material, sulfuric acid was used as catalyst, hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid were used to hydrolyze cellulose to prepare microcrystalline cellulose. Results: The extraction rates of total cellulose and microcrystalline cellulose reached 81.45% and 52.67%, respectively. The purity of microcrystalline cellulose reached more than 99%. Conclusion: The prepared microcrystalline cellulose completely conforms to the national quality standard of microcrystalline cellulose. The extraction process is simple, low cost and environmentally friendly, with very good application prospects.
