我们对４６例全血细胞减少的非血液病患者进行临床研究分析，结果表明，引起全血细胞减少的非血液病中以病毒与细菌感染占首位，其次是恶性肿瘤、结缔组织病和急慢性肝病。是临床非血液病中最常见的引起全血细胞减少的四大类疾病
We conducted a clinical study of 46 patients with pancytopenia who did not have hematologic malignancies. The results showed that viral and bacterial infections were the most common causes of pancytopenia, followed by malignancies, connective tissue diseases and acute and chronic liver diseases.
