国有企业是我国国民经济结构的支柱,随着市场经济的迅猛发展,国有企业正在全面进行内部改革,以适应新形势下的发展要求。在这国有企业转型发展时期,作为企业建设大军中重要力量队伍的女职员,其综合能力的强弱将直接关系到企业的稳定和持续发展。因此,新形势下提高国有企业女职工的综合能力工作显得尤为重要。本文就当前我国国有企业的女职工综合能力存在的问题出发,探析新形势下的国有企业将如何提高女职工的综合能力。
State-owned enterprises are the pillar of our country’s national economic structure. With the rapid development of market economy, state-owned enterprises are carrying out internal reforms in an all-round way to meet the development requirements in the new situation. During the period of the transformation and development of state-owned enterprises, as a female employee of an important force in building an army, the strength and comprehensiveness of its comprehensive ability will be directly related to the steady and sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore, under the new situation, it is particularly important to improve the overall capability of women workers in state-owned enterprises. Based on the existing problems of the comprehensive capabilities of women workers in state-owned enterprises in our country, this article explores how the state-owned enterprises in the new situation will improve the comprehensive capabilities of women workers.
