采用电化学方法研究了3A21铝合金在乙二醇水溶液中在不同浓度、温度和浸泡时间条件下的腐蚀电化学行为。采用扫描电子显微镜研究了腐蚀前后3A21铝合金的形貌及表面腐蚀产物。结果表明,随着乙二醇水溶液浓度的增加,铝合金腐蚀速率下降;随着溶液温度升高,铝合金腐蚀速率增大;随着铝合金浸泡时间的延长,一方面,氧化膜的生成和溶解达到动态平衡,另一方面氧化膜薄弱区出现点蚀,点蚀的发展伴随着点蚀的自愈合,并向点蚀加剧方向发展。
The electrochemical behavior of 3A21 aluminum alloy in ethylene glycol aqueous solution at different concentrations, temperatures and immersion time was investigated by electrochemical method. The morphology and surface corrosion products of 3A21 aluminum alloy before and after corrosion were studied by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the corrosion rate of aluminum alloy decreases with the increase of ethylene glycol concentration. With the increase of solution temperature, the corrosion rate of aluminum alloy increases. With the increase of immersion time of aluminum alloy, on the one hand, the formation of oxide film and Dissolution to achieve dynamic equilibrium, on the other hand, pitting corrosion occurs in the weak oxide film, pitting corrosion accompanied by pitting self-healing, and to the development of pitting increased.
