评价超声乳化术中后囊不完整时的人工晶体前囊夹持固定术的效果。方法 :对在超声乳化白内障摘除术中后囊破裂的 6 4眼行后房型人工晶体前囊夹持固定术。结果 :6 4眼均获得满意的人工晶体前囊夹持固定 ,没有一例发生人工晶体从前囊环上脱落。随访 1～ 5 4个月 ,6 2眼恢复到 0 .5以上的视力 ,1.0以上者 40眼。未发现其他与固定有关的并发症。结果 :完整的前囊环行开口是后囊不完整时夹持固定后房型人工晶体的最佳位置之一
To evaluate the effect of intraocular lens anterior capsule clamping in phacoemulsification with incomplete posterior capsule. Methods: 64 cases of posterior chamber intraocular lens anterior capsule were held and fixed in 64 cases of posterior capsule rupture in phacoemulsification cataract extraction. Results: Sixty-four eyes had satisfactory intraocular lens (IOL) clamping and fixation, and none of the IOLs had detached from the anterior capsulorhexis. All the patients were followed up for 1 ~ 5 4 months. Sixty-two eyes recovered to visual acuity of 0.5 or more, and 40 eyes of 1.0 or more. No other fixation-related complications were found. Results: The intact anterior looped ring opening was one of the best locations for posterior chamber intraocular lens fixation when the posterior capsule was incomplete
