本文以位于江苏省射阳县黄沙镇的江苏双灯纸业有限公司为例,利用WTA方法就工业污染企业对周边环境损失进行价值评估。首先基于双灯纸业有限公司周边207份居民调查问卷,采用两阶段二分法获得黄沙镇居民平均受偿意愿为每年每户389.13元,并根据黄沙镇居民总户数得到双灯纸业有限公司造成周边环境价值损失值为1546402.62元。其次利用Tobit模型对居民受偿意愿进行影响因素分析,得到居民年龄、家庭成员数、人均月收入、对滩涂资源的了解程度、认为滩涂资源整治具有必要性以及是否经常患有呼吸道疾病呈显著正相关;与对空气质量的满意程度呈负相关。最后提出相关建议。 This article takes Jiangsu Shuangdeng Paper Co., Ltd., located in Huangsha Town, Sheyang County, Jiangsu Province, as an example to assess the value of the surrounding environment losses caused by industrial polluting enterprises by WTA method.
