为深化职业教育课程改革,加强企业岗位与专业模块间的联动,应构建“教室+工作室”的“双室”教学模式。这种模式不仅能解决因繁重教学任务而无法安排专门教师管理实训器材的难题,也解决一部分专业课程中涉及的实操演练必须耗时耗力到企业才能得以体验的现场教学问题,满足教师与学生到企业学习的需求,实现双方互利共享。
