该建筑于2014年获得绿色建筑三星级运行标识,介绍了该建筑采用的节能关键技术。被动式节能设计方面,优化设计了围护结构、日照、自然通风及自然采光;可再生能源系统设计方面,采用地源热泵系统与太阳能集热系统。在建筑运行过程中,建筑环境满足使用要求。分析了建筑实际运行能耗,全年单位面积耗热量为85.3kW·h/m2,空调系统耗电量指标为36.5kW·h/m2,相比办公、居住综合型建筑,处于较节能水平。
The building was awarded a three-star logo for green building in 2014 and describes the key energy-saving technologies used in the building. In terms of passive energy-saving design, the envelope structure, sunshine, natural ventilation and natural lighting are optimized. In the design of renewable energy system, ground source heat pump system and solar collector system are adopted. In the process of building operation, the building environment to meet the requirements. The actual energy consumption of the building was analyzed. The annual heat consumption per unit area was 85.3 kW · h / m2 and the power consumption of the air conditioning system was 36.5 kW · h / m2.
