钢铁厂烧结余热发电是烧结余热利用的主要形式之一,利用余热发电盈利来降低吨钢能耗,积极响应了国家“十二五”规划要求节能减排的政策。然而,烧结余热有自身不稳定的特点,严重影响了发电机组稳定性、安全性及运行寿命。针对烧结余热发电不稳定性对机组产生的影响做了分析和总结,并介绍了市场常用的解决方案,并分析了各方案的优缺点。还着重分析了动态补燃系统优缺点,该系统有效解决了烧结余热发电的不稳定性。
Sinter waste heat power generation is one of the main forms of sintering waste heat utilization. Utilizing the profit from waste heat power generation to reduce the energy consumption per ton of steel, it actively responded to the policy of energy saving and emission reduction required by the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. However, the sintering waste heat has its own characteristics of instability, seriously affecting the stability of the generator set, safety and operating life. In view of the instability of sintering waste heat power generating unit has done analysis and summary, and introduced the market commonly used solutions, and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each program. Also emphatically analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of dynamic combustion system, the system effectively solves the instability of sintering waste heat power generation.
