针对岩石切削的特殊性,论文对旋转切削式液压钻机的各钻进参数进行研究,分析了推力、转速、转矩等对钻进速度、切削功率的影响情况,对现有钻孔参数分析方法进行了总结。用此方法对现用钻机的钻孔参数进行研究,针对存在的问题进行改进,通过实际应用检验,改进效果显著。对液压钻机钻孔参数的合理匹配具有一定指导意义,能为钻机结构设计提供理论支持。
