自体骨髓移植在治疗白血病及实体瘤方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,如何清除残留在骨髓内的肿瘤细胞,即进行有效的骨髓净化处理已是当今自体骨髓移植的重要课题。研究表明,温热法能有效地杀伤骨髓内的白血病祖细胞,在高温环境中,能充分发挥o—干扰素抗肿瘤效应。但是,温热联合干扰素净化方法对骨髓正常粒—单祖细胞活力是否有一定影响,此项研究还较少见。本文着重研究了温热联合o—干扰素净化法对实体瘤及白血病患者骨髓正常粒—单细胞集落(CFU—GM)的影响,为这一净化方法应用于临床奠定基础。
Autologous bone marrow transplantation plays an increasingly important role in the treatment of leukemia and solid tumors. How to remove tumor cells remaining in the bone marrow, that is to say, effective bone marrow purification has become an important issue in autologous bone marrow transplantation. Studies have shown that warm method can effectively kill bone marrow leukemia progenitor cells, in high temperature environment, can give full play to o-interferon anti-tumor effect. However, the study of warming combined with interferon-decontamination has some effect on the activity of normal myelomonocytic progenitor cells. This article focuses on the effects of warming combined with interferon-o-interferon on bone marrow normal granulocyte-single cell colonies (CFU-GM) in solid tumors and leukemia, and lays the foundation for the clinical application of this purification method.
