针对装配型输油管道辅助训练装置能否定量模拟长距离输油管道的问题,介绍了辅助训练装置泄漏工况模拟原理并建立了仿真模型,采用专为装配型输油管道开发的管道系统仿真软件,对真实管道和辅助训练装置模拟研究泄漏孔面积为11.82 cm2(23.5%)、33.5 cm2(66.6%)和50.27 cm2(100%)3种工况下管道参数的变化情况,并进行对比分析,结果表明:辅助训练装置能够定量模拟泵站出口压力的变化和管道泄漏后的流量变化,真实管道和辅助训练装置在不同泄漏工况下管道参数的变化大体一致。基于上述,利用辅助训练装置定量模拟真实管道发生泄漏后的水力状态变化是可行的。
Aiming at the problem that assembly-type auxiliary pipeline training device can simulate the problem of long-distance oil pipeline quantitatively, the simulation principle of auxiliary training device leakage condition is introduced and the simulation model is established. The pipeline system simulation software specially developed for assembly type pipeline is adopted. The actual pipeline and auxiliary training device were used to simulate the changes of pipeline parameters under the three operating conditions of 11.82 cm2 (23.5%), 33.5 cm2 (66.6%) and 50.27 cm2 (100%). The results show that : The auxiliary training device can quantitatively simulate the change of outlet pressure of the pumping station and the change of the flow rate after the pipeline leakage. The changes of the pipeline parameters of the real pipeline and the auxiliary training device under different leakage conditions are substantially the same. Based on the above, it is feasible to use the auxiliary training device to quantitatively simulate the change of hydraulic state after the actual pipeline leakage.
