在胃癌的病变中,发现合并溃疡率很高,进展期癌约25～60%,早期胃癌则更高,50～70%。究竟二者的关系如何?当溃疡与癌同时出现时,是诊断癌溃疡抑溃疡癌?抑癌与溃疡的合并?常常难以定论。本文从早期胃癌和慢性胃溃疡的病理材料进行分析,对癌与溃疡之间的关系以及癌溃疡和溃疡癌的形态特征作某些探讨。材料与方法80例早期胃癌和141例慢性胃溃疡手术
In the lesions of gastric cancer, the rate of combined ulceration was found to be high, with about 25% to 60% of advanced cancer, and even higher for early stage gastric cancer, 50 to 70%. What is the relationship between the two? When ulcers and cancer occur at the same time, it is difficult to determine the diagnosis of cancer ulcers and ulcer cancers. This article analyzes the pathological materials of early gastric cancer and chronic gastric ulcer, and discusses the relationship between cancer and ulcers and the morphological features of cancerous ulcers and ulcers.
