逸——超知性绘画 “逸是中国人特有的概念;照《辞源》解释有逃亡、奔、释放、安闲、隐退、放纵、散失、超绝诸义,大约都有超平常规常态的意思,所谓”纵任无方曰逸。”(唐·窦蒙) 从辞义结构看,上边每种释义都寓有一个“常”的意义作为被超越的前提:逃亡相对于控制之常,奔相对于行之常,释放相对于拘囚之常,安闲相对于劳碌之常,隐退相对于进取之常,放纵相对于约束之常,散失相对于集聚之常,超绝相对于通常之常,种种非常都因相对于常而别具意义。 就中国画范畴而言,逸作为一种价值尺度,其定义既有一定范围,也在流变延伸。先是用来品评画之优劣,继而指画家的状态,后来成为中国画家追求的至境高标。
