目的:观察高频电凝固疗法对婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效,选择最佳临床治疗方案。方法:对于小面积单纯毛细血管瘤直接采用高频电凝固疗法,对于大面积的草莓状血管瘤和混合型血管瘤先采取口服甾体类激素加局部注射激素一段时间后,再辅以高频电凝固疗法。结果:小面积单纯毛细血管瘤经高频电凝固疗法治疗2~4次后完全治愈,大面积的草莓状血管瘤和混合型血管瘤经注射治疗控制缩小后,再经高频电凝固疗法辅助治疗也基本控制和治愈。结论:高频电凝固疗法辅助治疗婴幼儿血管瘤有效,缩短了治愈的时间,既经济又简便。
Objective: To observe the effect of high-frequency electrocoagulation therapy on infantile hemangiomas and choose the best clinical treatment plan. Methods: For the small area of simple capillary hemangioma by direct high-frequency electrocoagulation therapy for large areas of hemangiomas and mixed hemangiomas with oral steroid hormone plus local injection of hormone for a period of time, supplemented by high frequency Electrocoagulation therapy. Results: Small area simple capillary hemangioma was completely cured by high-frequency electrocoagulation therapy 2 to 4 times. Large area of strawberry hemangiomas and mixed hemangiomas were controlled by injection therapy and then reduced by high-frequency electrocoagulation therapy Treatment is also basically controlled and cured. Conclusion: High-frequency electrocoagulation therapy is an effective adjuvant therapy for infantile hemangiomas and shortens the time of cure, which is both economical and simple.
