随着高校英语教育改革的不断推进以及教师教育的研究深入,教师的专业发展也逐渐由传统的教研模式转变为以教师的自主学习,自我发展为主的模式。伴随着信息技术的飞速发展,互联网也为广大教师提供了一个网络教研平台,这大大促进了教师的专业发展。本论文结合对网络教研的内涵的理解,深入探究如何借助网络平台提高教师的专业发展水平,提出构建高校教师团队的对策和思路。
With the continuous promotion of college English education reform and the deepening of teachers’ education, the professional development of teachers gradually changes from the traditional teaching and research mode to the mode of self-centered learning and self-development of teachers. With the rapid development of information technology, the Internet also provides a network of teaching and research platform for the majority of teachers, which greatly promoted the professional development of teachers. Based on the understanding of the connotation of network teaching and research, this dissertation explores how to improve teachers’ professional development with the aid of internet platform and puts forward the countermeasures and ideas for constructing college teachers team.
