目的观察双链季铵盐消毒剂对托幼机构不同物体表面消毒的实际应用效果。方法采用模拟现场消毒效果试验与现场消毒效果试验方法,对常规使用浓度的双链季铵盐消毒剂喷雾物体表面的消毒效果进行了检测,并与含氯消毒剂作平行比较。结果用850 mg/L双链季铵盐消毒液和有效氯含量为250 mg/L泡腾片溶液分别于三种不同材质表面喷雾4 h后,对人工污染大肠杆菌作用20 min的杀灭率为99.27%~99.69%。850 mg/L双链季铵盐消毒液喷雾木质表面4 h后,对人工污染大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念球菌作用20 min,其杀菌效果明显好于含氯消毒液。用上述两种消毒液对托幼机构物体表面喷雾消毒20 min后,对表面上自然菌平均杀灭率均达到90%以上;喷雾消毒4 h后,季铵盐消毒液持续杀菌效果明显好于含氯消毒剂。结论双链季铵盐消毒液在物体表面喷雾消毒具有良好的持续残留杀菌效果。
Objective To observe the practical application effects of double-chain quaternary ammonium disinfectant on the disinfection of different objects in nurseries. Methods The effect of disinfection on the scene and the method of disinfection on site were tested. The disinfection effect of the conventional double-chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant sprayed on the surface of the spray object was tested and compared with the chlorine-containing disinfectant. With the above two kinds of disinfectant on nursery institutions spray disinfection of the surface 20 min, the average rate of natural bacteria on the surface to achieve more than 90%; spray sterilized 4 h, the continuous disinfection of quaternary ammonium disinfectant was significantly better than Chlorine disinfectant. Conclusion Double-chain quaternary ammonium disinfectant spray disinfection on the surface of the object has a good sustained residual bactericidal effect.
