本文在考虑产品核心价值的基础上,对供应商联盟合作中生产商和供应商的投资行为进行识别,分析了联盟成员的资本拥有情况和收益分配方式对其投资行为的影响。研究表明:m/c的大小对生产商和供应商的投资行为有正向影响;当联盟成员拥有对称的投入资本时,生产商的投资意愿远高于供应商;与平均分配相比,供应商和生产商按比例分配时的投入意愿更高,更愿意通过投资来获得收益并放弃“搭便车”的投机行为;平均分配时,供应商在m/c较小的情况下有很强的“搭便车”意愿。
Based on the core value of products, this paper identifies the investment behaviors of producers and suppliers in supplier alliance cooperation and analyzes the influence of alliance members’ capital ownership and income distribution on their investment behavior.
