传统的CPM和PERT方法对关键路线的确定只是考虑工期最短这一单一评价指标,没有考虑费用、风险、质量等其它指标。基于多准则决策方法,提出一种新的模糊关键路线确定方法,综合考虑了模糊环境下工期、资源、风险、质量等主要评价指标,应用模糊多准则决策对工程网络中的路线进行重新评价,并应用一种改进的模糊偏好分析对其评估结果进行计算,确定模糊正理想解(FPIS)和负理想解(FNIS),提出一种确定路线关键与否的评价指标,通过计算每条路线的评价指标,根据指标大小对路线方案进行排序,确定最终关键路线。通过对工程实例进行计算,证明该方法有效可行,对工程实践有一定的指导意义。
The traditional method of CPM and PERT to determine the key route only considers the shortest duration of the single evaluation index, did not consider the cost, risk, quality and other indicators. Based on the multi-criteria decision-making method, a new fuzzy critical route determination method is proposed. The main evaluation indexes such as construction period, resources, risk and quality in fuzzy environment are comprehensively considered. The fuzzy multi-criteria decision- And an improved fuzzy preference analysis is used to calculate the evaluation results. The FPIS and the negative ideal solution (FNIS) are determined. An evaluation index is given to determine whether the route is critical or not. Evaluation indicators, according to the size of the indicators to sort the route plan to determine the final critical route. Through the calculation of engineering examples, this method is proved to be effective and feasible, which is of guiding significance to engineering practice.
