以化学共沉淀法为基础,配合高速剪切均质并添加表面活性剂制备了粒径为20~40nm的ZrO_2-Y_2O_3纳米晶,经XRD分析为稳定立方相结构。用ZrO_2-Y_2O_3纳米晶为感湿材料制作了厚膜型湿敏元件,测试结果表明:(1)元件电阻随相对湿度上升而下降。(2)在总电导中.离子电导占主要成分。(3)元件有较快的感湿响应速度。
Based on the chemical coprecipitation method, ZrO_2-Y_2O_3 nanocrystals with particle size of 20 ~ 40nm were prepared by high speed shear homogenization and surfactant addition. The nanocrystals were characterized by XRD. Thick-film wet-sensitive elements were fabricated using ZrO_2-Y_2O_3 nanocrystals as wet-feel materials. The results show that: (1) the resistance of the elements decreases with the increase of relative humidity. (2) in the total conductance. Ion conductivity accounted for the main component. (3) components have a faster sense of wet response speed.
