随着大庆油田三元复合驱油技术的成熟和推广应用,三元采出污水现场应用的连续流沉降-过滤、序批-过滤处理工艺,其处理后水质多数情况下难以达到含油、含悬浮物≤20mg/L的污水回注指标。针对这一难题,开展降粘剂除配合现场处理工艺的技术思路开展三元采出污水处理技术研究。一是室内实验确定降粘剂处理三元污水的可行性以及加药浓度;二是现场单独运行连续流沉降-过滤工艺污水处理效果评价;三是现场运行连续流沉降-过滤工艺配合降粘剂污水处理工艺效果评价。通过以上试验研究,总结给出经济有效的降粘剂配合沉降-过滤工艺处理三元采出污水应用技术。
