本文以我国优秀体育运动员人力资本的开发为研究视角,人力资本理论为基础,剖析我国竞技体育运动员人力资本开发的现状、存在的问题,探索完善竞技体育运动员人力资本开发与收益分配的机制,对我国竞技运动员人力资本开发和收益分配中存在的一些基本问题给予解释,并详细分析了我国竞技运动员人力资本开发的特点,结合典型案例,分析产生矛盾的根本原因,提出了开发运动员人力资本的建议。从政府、企业、个人三个投资主体的角度,在不同层面对竞技运动员人力资本开发提出了对完善开发机制、合理分配收益两方面提出建议。预期研究成果为管理部门、研究部门制定体育领域的人力资本开发政策提供理论参考,提高我国竞技运动员人力资本存量,推动我国竞技体育运动及体育产业的健康发展。
Based on the human capital theory, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of human capital development of Chinese athletes, and explores the mechanism of human capital development and profit distribution of competitive athletes. Some basic problems in human capital development and income distribution of competitive athletes in China are explained, and the characteristics of human capital development of athletes in China are analyzed in detail. Based on the typical cases, the root causes of the conflicts are analyzed, and the suggestions of developing human capital of athletes are put forward . From the perspectives of government, enterprises and individuals, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to perfect the development mechanism and distribute the benefits rationally at different levels for human capital development of competitive athletes. The expected research results provide theoretical reference for management department and research department to formulate human capital development policies in the field of sports, raise the stock of human capital of athletes in our country, and promote the healthy development of athletic sports and sports industry in China.
