目的:研究血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C(Cys C)及尿微量白蛋白(m ALB)水平在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的临床价值,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:选取2014年6月到2016年2月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者138例,根据24小时尿蛋白排泄率将患者分为单纯糖尿病(A组65例),早期糖尿病肾病(B组73例),另选取同期健康体检者65例为对照组,检测各组血清中RBP、Hcy、Cys C及尿m ALB水平。结果:B组RBP、Hcy、Cys C及尿m ALB水平均显著高于A组和对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组RBP、Hcy、Cys C显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);RBP、Hcy、Cys C及尿m ALB联合检测阳性率显著高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论:早期糖尿病肾病患者血清RBP、Hcy、Cys C及尿m ALB水平显著上升,联合检测能提高检测阳性率。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of serum retinol binding protein (RBP), homocysteine (Hcy), cystatin C (Cys C) and urinary microalbumin (m ALB) in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, Provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: A total of 138 type 2 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to February 2016 were enrolled. Patients were divided into simple diabetic group (65 cases in group A), early diabetic nephropathy (group B 73 In addition, 65 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. The levels of RBP, Hcy, Cys C and urinary m ALB in each group were detected. Results: The levels of RBP, Hcy, Cys C and urinary m ALB in group B were significantly higher than those in group A and control group (P <0.05), and RBP, Hcy and Cys C in group A were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The positive rates of RBP, Hcy, Cys C and urinary m ALB were significantly higher than those of single test (P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum RBP, Hcy, Cys C and urinary m ALB levels in patients with early diabetic nephropathy were significantly increased, and combined detection could improve the detection positive rate.
