目的:建立乳通胶囊的制备工艺及薄层(TLC)鉴别方法。方法:采用正交试验设计法优选乳通胶囊的制备工艺;利用薄层层析和理化性质对制剂中各药材进行鉴别,并拟定其质量标准。结果:在TLC图谱中可检出当归、枳壳、柴胡的特征斑点,并在理化鉴别中检出茯苓、白术的特征颜色。结论:该法操作简易、准确、重现性好,可用于乳通胶囊的制备和TLC鉴别。
Objective: To establish the preparation technology and TLC identification method of milkong capsule. Methods: The orthogonal experiment design method was adopted to optimize the preparation process of Yutong capsule. TLC and physico-chemical properties were used to identify the medicinal materials of the preparation and their quality standards were formulated. Results: The characteristic spots of Angelica sinensis, Citrus aurantium and Radix Bupleuri were detected in the TLC chromatogram, and the characteristic colors of Poria cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala were detected in physical and chemical identification. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the preparation of milk capsule and TLC identification.
