为提高EG(松香甘油酯)的M w(重均相对分子质量)和柔韧性,以MAH(顺丁烯二酸酐)、TO(桐油)和松香为主要原料,合成了MAH-TO-松香的Diels-Alder加成物;然后用甘油对该加成物进行酯化改性,制得MR(MAH-TO-EG的Diels-Alder加成物)。考察了MAH、TO比例对MR的M w及其分布、软化点、MR/亚麻油溶液的黏度和正庚烷容纳度等影响。结果表明:采用单因素试验法优选出制备MR的最佳工艺条件为n(MAH)∶n(松香)=2∶10、m(TO)∶m(松香)=(1~2)∶10;此时MR的综合性能相对较好,其M w和软化点较高,并且MR/亚麻油溶液的黏度和正庚烷容纳度也相对较大,完全满足胶粘剂、涂料的制备要求。
In order to improve M w (weight average molecular weight) and flexibility of EG (rosin glyceride), MAH (maleic anhydride), TO (tung oil) and rosin were used as main raw materials to synthesize MAH-TO-rosin Diels-Alder adduct; and then esterifying the adduct with glycerol to obtain MR (Diels-Alder adduct of MAH-TO-EG). The effects of MAH, TO ratio on M w and its distribution, softening point, viscosity of MR / linseed oil solution and n-heptane content were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of MR were as follows: n (MAH): rosin = 2:10, m (TO): m (rosin) = 1 ~ 2: At this time, the comprehensive performance of MR is relatively good with higher M w and softening point, and the viscosity and n-heptane content of MR / linseed oil solution are also relatively large, which fully meets the preparation requirements of adhesives and coatings.
