Finland has been voted as the most honest country in the world for five years in a row, a glimpse into bus management. Finnish government agencies have very few buses, except for the President, only the Prime Minister, Foreign Ministers, Interior Ministers and Defense Ministers enjoy access to limousine service and the limousine service is restricted to the execution of official duties. When other ministers and the following officials implement official duties, the secretary applies for a car from the government office, and the government department has an obligation to truthfully announce the official's use of the bus. The media also have the right to inquire about them. As a wealthy country in the world, the Finnish government's move deserves our deep consideration.
