As the process of globalization accelerates, more and more Chinese enterprises have grown into international companies with operations in different countries in the world and employees from different countries. In international companies, overseas projects typically have both domestic and foreign staff, as well as localized employees recruited abroad, and sometimes global employees recruited globally. These employees come from different countries and have different cultural backgrounds, which makes great cultural barriers exist in the workplace. How to overcome these internal cultural barriers is an issue that international companies must solve to strengthen their corporate culture and speed up their internationalization.
