研究了利用横流CO2 激光器在 38CrMoAl表面激光熔覆NiCrBSi+WC( 2 5%wt)复合合金层的组织、硬度与耐磨性。用扫描电镜观察组织形貌 ,用X射线仪进行物相分析 ,用摩擦磨损试验机进行耐磨性实验 ,结果表明 :合金层与基体成良好的无裂纹气孔的冶金结合。表面耐磨性与工艺参数具有一定的对应关系 ,且 2 .2kW时的耐磨性最高 ,为氮化工艺的 7.8倍。
The microstructure, hardness and wear resistance of laser cladding NiCrBSi + WC (25% wt) alloyed layer on 38CrMoAl surface by cross-flow CO2 laser were studied. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the morphology of the microstructure. Phase analysis was carried out with X-ray spectrometer. The wear resistance of the alloy was tested with a friction and wear tester. The results show that the alloy layer and the matrix are metallurgical bonds with good crack-free porosity. Surface wear resistance and process parameters have a certain corresponding relationship, and 2. 2kW the highest wear resistance, 7.8 times the nitriding process.
