目的:比较成人前牙区种植体支抗与头帽J钩在压低上前牙过程中对上前牙位置的影响。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Ovoid、中国知网、维普、万方数据等在线数据库,收集比较种植体支抗与J钩作用于上颌前牙的病例对照研究试验。经筛选和质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3系统软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5篇研究文献,102例患者。Meta分析结果显示,种植体组与J钩组都能很好的压低前牙(治疗前后差异有统计学意义);治疗后两组的U1-PP距离、Overbite值、Overjet值均减小,两组间差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01);∠U1-SN增大,两组间差异有统计学意义(n P<0.01)。n 结论:对成人患者应用种植体与J钩压低前牙都能得到良好的压低效果,施加等力后种植体的压低量比J钩多,两者对前牙都会产生唇倾的效果。“,”Objective:To compare the effects of anterior implants and J-hook headgear on maxillary incisors positions.Methods:Online databases of Pubmed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Ovoid、CNKI、VIP and Wanfang were used to search control studies on implant anchorage versus J-hook headgear for maxillary incisor intrusion. After screening and quality assessment, Meta-analysis were performed by the RevMan 5.3.Results:Five studies were included, involving 102 patients. Meta-analysis showed that both had statistically significant intrusion effects. Compared with the J-hook headgear, anterior implant anchorage had more reduction in the distance of maxillary incisor to palatal plane (U1-PP), overbite and overjet (n P<0.01), and had less augmentation of ∠U1-SN (n P<0.01).n Conclusions:The maxillary incisors were effectively intruded by anterior implant anchorage and J-hook headgear. Under same magnitude of force, intrusion by implants results with more intrusion. Both appliances procline anterior teeth.
