大城市老城区存量用地更新策略研究

当前,我国特大城市、大城市相继进入了从增量扩张到存量转型为主的阶段,“存量发展”将成为特大城市、大城市老城区持续发展的必然选择,也是城市空间发展方式变革的主要方向。本文以南京老城鼓楼片区为例,探讨了现阶段我国大城市老城区面临的问题,梳理了区内存量用地的特点,提出了老城区存量用地的更新策略,即以促进城市功能品质提升为导向的优化利用策略,面向人口疏散的容量控制策略,近远期有序更新的时序引导策略和因地制宜分类引导的地块更新策略。 At present, the mega-cities and big cities of our country have successively entered the stage from incremental expansion to stock-based transformation.
