以酯基类小单体、丙烯酸和不饱和聚醚为原材料,在低温条件下合成了一种高保塑型聚羧酸系减水剂S3。考察了小单体与聚醚比例、酸/酯比以及温度这三种因素对减水剂保塑性能的影响,结果表明:小单体与大单体的比例为4,酸/酯比为1:2,聚合温度在35℃时,产品各项性能最佳。将S3与市售通用型聚羧酸高性能减水剂P1用于混凝土拌合物试验,并对其性能进行对比,发现S3产品既可以单独使用,也可与市售通用型减水剂复合使用,且掺入量超过0.2%时即可满足混凝土3h坍落度无损失的要求。
Ester-based small monomer, acrylic acid and unsaturated polyether were used as raw materials to synthesize polycarboxylate superplasticizer S3 at low temperature. The influence of the ratio of small monomer to polyether, acid / ester ratio and temperature on the plasticization performance of superplasticizer was investigated. The results showed that the ratio of small monomer to macromonomer was 4, the ratio of acid to ester was 1: 2, the polymerization temperature at 35 ℃, the best performance of the product.
