应用国产甲磺酸培高利特片，采用随机双盲对照方法，对６１例帕金森病患者（其中治疗组３２例，对照组２９例）进行６周治疗。结果显示，治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组（３７．５％对１３．８％，Ｐ＜０．０５），不良反应小，值得推广。
Sixty-two patients with Parkinson’s disease (32 in the treatment group and 29 in the control group) were treated with the domestic pergolide mesylate tablets in a randomized, double-blind, controlled trial. The results showed that the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (37.5% versus 13.8%, P <0.05), adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
