一、控制水温 水温的高低直接影响到黄鳝的生长、摄食。黄鳝是淡水鱼类中较怕热的一种鱼，其最适宜的温度为 22～ 28℃。当水温高于 28℃时，其摄食量明显下降，生长受到抑制。进入高温季节，由于鳝池水位较浅，水温容易升至 28℃，因此，盛夏一定要做好防暑降温工作。
